Vending at NATM
At this time, the North Asheville Tailgate Market is not accepting applications for new vendors at the 2024 Holiday Bazaar or 2025 Winter Market. If space becomes available for a future market, this webpage will be updated with more information.
Are you interested in vending with us? Our Membership Committee reviews season applications two times per year. Application submission does not guarantee approval. See below for our usual schedule of application openings and review. Day Vendor fees are currently $35/market and sliding scale $15-$35/market for BIPOC Day Vendors.

- All vendors must produce the items they wish to sell (no reselling, no factory or mass produced items).
- No pre-fabricated or kit items.
- The person selling at NATM must be directly involved in the growing/producing of the products.
- Products must be locally grown, or made in Buncombe or surrounding counties.
- Your business must be located in Buncombe or surrounding counties and have an EIN or Tax ID number.
- Applications and products are approved based on best fit and balance for market.
- BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ owned businesses encouraged to apply.
Vendor Applications
Application schedule:
Main Season (April – Mid November, 8am-12pm) – Applications become available the first week of January and are due by February 15. Applicants will be informed of their approval status by mid-late February.
Winter Market (January – March) and Holiday Bazaar (Late November – Mid December, 10am-1pm) – WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE WINTER MARKET AND HOLIDAY BAZAAR SEASONS. When accepting new vendors, applications become available in early September and are due by October 1. Applicants will be informed of their approval status by mid October-early November.
