We produce gourmet mushrooms including shiitake, lion’s mane, chestnuts, pioppinos, and several oyster varieties. We also make medicinal mushroom and herb tinctures. Additionally we offer grow-kits and inoculated logs if you’d like to grow your own fresh mushrooms at home. We use organic practices and strive to keep resources within our bioregion.
