We milk a flock of 50 ewes and produce all of our products in our farmstead creamery. We try very hard to support all local businesses for any of our extra ingredients (salt, spices, oils).
Grassroots brings Grade A sheep milk yogurt, soft cheese (brebis and labneh), feta, aged sheep cheese (Manchego and Gouda type), lamb, raw sheep milk, wool duvets, wool sponges, wool dryer balls, and tanned sheepskins.
